Homemade Creamy Tartar Sauce

Pure creamy and natural tartar sauce without the junk preservatives. This recipes gives you the freshest, most natural tartar sauce for your seafood or sandwiches. Tartar sauce is primarily composed of mayonnaise and finely chopped pickles and herbs. Nothing goes better with grilled or fried fish and veggies.

  • 1/2 cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise

  • 2 TBSN sweet pickle relish

  • 2 TBSN sour cream

  • 1 TBSN white wine vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons fresh dill

  • 2 teaspoons fresh parsley

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon prepared spicy mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Food processor, measuring spoons, measuring cup

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor until all the ingredients are well blended, smooth and creamy.


2. Store in a mason jar. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes before using. Can be stored in refrigerator up to 10 days.
