Before you handle any food, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Clean your kitchen work area and pull back your hair or wear a cap. You want to avoid contaminating your meal with harmful bacteria that could cause food illness.

To make Stuffed Marshmallow Campfire Cones: 1. Cover each cone completely in non-stick aluminum foil. Leave some excess foil at the top so it can close over the top of the cone before cooking.

2.(Optional) If you use peanut butter, spread some on the inside of the cone if you wish.

3. Fill the cone with a mixture of marshmallows and any of your favorite ingredients listed above. Stuff them well, but be careful not to crush or crack your cone.

4. Once you have stuffed your cone to the top, cover the top of the cone completely with the excess aluminum foil. Seal tightly so the ingredients don't leak when they melt.

5. Cook the cone, using one of the following methods:

  • Over a campfire: Use campfire tongs to hold the cone over the fire 3-5 minutes, depending on the temperature.

  • On a grill: Heat to 375 degrees F and grill for 5-7 minutes.

  • In an oven: Bake in oven at 400 F degrees for about 5-7 minutes.

6. Remove from heat and allow to cool for a couple minutes so the cone can be held in your hand without burning it.

7. Peel the foil down from the top. Serve and enjoy!
