Pumpkin Pie Spice

This Pumpkin Pie Spice mixture combines a fragrant blend of Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, Cloves and Allspice. Use this spice mixture for any recipe that requires pumpkin pie spice, including coffee, muffins, french toast or bread. This spice recipe can be scaled from 1/4 cup and larger.


  • 2 TBSN Ground Cinnamon

  • 1 TBSN Ground Ginger

  • 1 teaspoon Nutmeg

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Allspice

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cloves​


Small mixing bowl, measuring spoons, airtight container

Prep: 5 minutes

Ready: 5 minutes Serves: 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Pie Spice

Before you handle any food, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Clean your kitchen work area and pull back your hair or wear a cap. You want to avoid contaminating your meal with harmful bacteria that could cause food illness.

To make Pumpkin Pie Spice:

1. Combine Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, and Allspice together in a bowl.

2. Mix thoroughly and store in an air-tight container.

Ingredient measurements listed above render a 1/4 cup of Pumpkin Pie Spice.
