Moscato Sangria

This recipe infuses fresh fruit with Moscato and Coconut Rum to cool everyone off during these hot summer days!

The perfect pitcher of sangria to share with your friends and family during your Summer parties.

  • 1 750 ml bottle of Moscato wine

  • 2 cups cubed ice

  • 8 oz coconut rum (recommend Captain Morgan’s Coconut Rum)

  • 2 cups Cherry 7-UP

  • 2 cups of any of these summer fruits:

  • Sliced Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, sliced mango, chunk pineapple, sliced peaches, sliced kiwi.

  • Mint sprigs, for garnish


Rocks glasses, sharp knife, measuring shot glass, mixing spoon.

Prep: 5 min Ready: 5 min Serves: 2 quart pitcher

Before you handle any food, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Clean your kitchen work area and pull back your hair or wear a cap. You want to avoid contaminating your meal with harmful bacteria that could cause food illness.

To make a pitcher of Moscato Sangria:

1. Rinse and slice the fruits you prefer and set aside.

2. In a 2 quart pitcher, add 2 cups of ice.

3. Add bottle of Moscato, coconut rum, and Cherry 7-UP.

4. Add prepared fruits. Stir thoroughly.

5. Pour into glasses. Garnish with mint sprigs and enjoy.

1 serving: 176 calories, 0 fat (0 saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 0.3mg sodium, 7g carbohydrate (7g sugars, 0 fiber), 0 protein.
